About the Court of Protection Team:
The specialist Court of Protection Team provides tailored legal advice and support for individuals with diminished mental capacity, often following traumatic brain injuries. They focus on protecting clients' best interests through guidance on deputyship applications, statutory wills, and property & affairs management.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As an Associate Solicitor, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to secure the best outcomes for clients regarding their private property and financial affairs. You will support experienced lawyers on complex deputyship cases and manage your own caseload. The role offers an environment to gain valuable experience and confidence, with extensive mentoring and support to help you develop as a trusted expert in this area of law.
