What You’ll Do

As our Education Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind our learning and development outreach. You’ll:

1. Act as liaison for the Trust and EWLF Trustees
2. Build strong partnerships with colleges, schools, and other stakeholders
3. Lead engagement with STEM First, Inspire, and the CTB ambassador programme
4. Understand education programmes for learners aged 14+
5. Design and deliver an annual Social Value plan for school events
6. Identify and secure grants to enhance our Social Value programme
7. Collaborate with Group's supply chain to boost engagement
8. Track and report KPIs, dashboards, and outcomes
9. Network with framework partners to unlock new opportunities
10. Develop and train internal career ambassadors
11. Manage external requests and report progress
12. Oversee event budgets and resource allocation
13. Work across all our business as part of a team to advocate for and inspire the next generation

What You’ll Bring

14. Ideally you will have a Level 3 in Learning and Development (or equivalent) OR Proven experience in the sector and a passion to learn and inspire the next generation
15. Proven experience in Education, Social Value or Learning & Development—ideally in construction or engineering environments
16. Strong grasp of the learning cycle and broader L&D strategies
17. Ability to design and deliver impactful training packages
18. Project management skills and budget oversight experience
19. Confident with data analysis and reporting using IT tools
20. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills
21. Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
22. Ability to build relationships and networks
23. Ability to work as part of a team
24. Ability to travel across the North when required
25. Flexibility
