Will depend on experience + 15% commission (Uncapped earnings) + Car Allowance

We're a well-established, Directly Authorised Mortgage and Insurance firm with over 11 years of success in delivering tailored financial solutions. Our in-house services include mortgages, life and general insurance, secured loans, and bridging finance.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a
Life Protection Advisor
to join our team, taking on high-quality,
verified inbound leads
and providing expert advice to clients.
The Role
* Receive pre-qualified leads from our dedicated in-house lead generation team.
* Conduct thorough fact finds to understand each client's needs.
* Offer tailored life insurance advice and convert enquiries into policies via phone.
* Ensure excellent customer service while completing all documentation to compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience selling
life insurance on an advised basis
.
* A consultative, customer-first approach.
* CAS Status required
* Strong communication and time-management skills.
* Confidence in working towards and exceeding KPIs in a compliant manner.
