Pre-Sales / Solutions Architect (Unify Openscape / UC) – UK Wide – Home-Based with Travel
£75,000 | Car Allowance | OTE | UC Transformation
A leading Unified Communications partner is seeking a Pre-Sales / Solutions Architect with strong Unify Openscape expertise to join its enterprise and public sector team.
The role will focus on supporting a large customer base of over 200 organisations, including major NHS Trusts and public sector accounts, many of which are currently operating on Unify Openscape estates. You’ll play a key role in helping customers modernise their UC environments, guiding them on the journey into cloud-based solutions such as Zoom and Genesys.
This is a strategic, customer-facing role where you’ll combine deep Openscape technical knowledge with strong consultative skills to design solutions, deliver workshops, and help secure major UC transformation projects.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Engaging with enterprise and public sector customers to shape UC transformation strategies
* Designing and presenting Unify Openscape architectures and migration paths
* Advising customers on the benefits and roadmap for moving into Zoom and Genesys cloud platforms
* Partnering with sales teams to drive bids, tenders, and proposals
* Leading solution workshops, demonstrations, and high-level designs (HLDs)
* Acting as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point for UC solutions
* Ensuring smooth handover from pre-sales into delivery
🧠 What You’ll Bring:
* Strong hands-on experience with Unify Openscape (certifications or proven project delivery)
* Background in Unified Communications design & pre-sales architecture
* Experience migrating customers from legacy UC platforms into cloud
* Excellent customer-facing skills – confident presenting to senior stakeholders
* Awareness or experience with Zoom and Genesys cloud telephony (willing to cross-train if not yet experienced)
* Knowledge of Mitel is beneficial but not essential
* SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain) is highly desirable
📍 The Setup:
* UK-wide remote role – with travel to customer sites as required (mainly London)

💰 The Package:
* £75,000 basic salary (flexible depending on experience)
* £6,000/year car allowance
* 20% OTE paid quarterly
* Training and certification support (Unify, Zoom, Genesys)
