Were looking for a talented Marketing Executive to support marketing activity across Bristol Beacon, the American Museum & Gardens, and The Holburne Museum. While youll collaborate with all three venues, your primary focus will be Bristol Beacon, supporting the Colonnade Restaurant and the venues wider commercial marketing.
What youll be doing
Designing menus, posters, brochures, digital assets and campaign collateral
Creating engaging content for social media, newsletters and advertising
Managing social channels and scheduling content
Leading seasonal promotions, offer-led campaigns and event marketing
Updating websites and ensuring consistent brand messaging
Planning and overseeing photoshoots, managing asset delivery
Managing influencer partnerships, coordinating creator visits and supporting press relations
Building local partnerships with tourism bodies, suppliers and cultural organisations
Working closely with Graysons clients to ensure timely execution of campaigns
What were looking for
Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role
Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva)
Confident managing social media channels
Excellent organisational and copywriting skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Creative, proactive and adaptable
Desirable: Photography/videography skills, CMS experience (WordPress), email marketing platforms, hospitality/restaurant marketing experience.
