Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse!
Shift: Late days/Early evenings (hours may vary based on admissions)
Wage: $44 to $55/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday preferred
A Day in the Life
As a Registered Nurse with us, your day will be dynamic and fulfilling. You will:
* Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, enhancing their daily life experience.
* Conduct comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
* Initiate care plans as needed and supervise resident care effectively.
* Collaborate with care partners to develop assignments and hold team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Requirements:
Education:
* Completion of a Licensed Registered Nursing Program (RN)
Experience/Training:
* Strong clinical observation and assessment skills.
* Proficient computer skills for documentation and communication.
* 1-3 years of professional managerial experience in a related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
* Current RN license in Washington.
* Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
