Community Connections Advisor
Location: Plymouth, PL1
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM)
Assignment: Temporary position (August - October 2025)
Pay: £13.47 per hour
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Pertemps are currently looking for a Community Connections Advisor to join our client's team on a temporary basis to support the administration and processing of orders through the Household Support Fund.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and process orders related to the Household Support Fund.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data using Excel and CRM systems.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Creditors) and external support agencies or clients.
- Provide high-quality customer service and clear communication across all levels.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Strong communication and customer care skills.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general database systems.
- Experience in maintaining administrative and monitoring systems.
- Previous experience in an office/administration environment.
- Confident handling general admin tasks including typing and answering calls.
