Job Description: One of our clients are seeking a freelance Sample Recruiter to support qualitative research projects. This ad-hoc, project-based role involves contacting individuals from provided lists to explain research studies, build rapport, and schedule interviews.
Responsibilities
Call individuals from Excel spreadsheets using a provided script.
Clearly explain research objectives and build trust with potential participants.
Ensure potential participants have correct criteria required to take part
Schedule research with suitable candidates.
Accurately record outcomes
Maintain contact with participants to ensure participation
Key Skills & Experience
Excellent telephone manner and ability to build trust quickly.
Proficiency in Excel for data input and management.
Comfortable working from a script and adapting to ad-hoc situations.
Prior experience in social or market research, sales or acting is beneficial
Compensation & Logistics
Compensation: Approximately £42 per recruited participant .
