What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the heart of our resilience engineering efforts, developing and implementing strategies that ensure our products, processes and supply chains are robust, reliable and adaptable. You’ll lead complex change initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. From conducting risk assessments to driving root cause investigations, your work will directly impact business continuity and product quality.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
1. Leading the development and implementation of resilience strategies across product design, manufacturing and supply chain
2. Managing complex changes through the change control process while ensuring regulatory compliance and documentation quality
3. Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to proactively mitigate disruptions
4. Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and influencing senior stakeholders
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver. You’ll need to bring deep expertise in resilience engineering and a passion for continuous improvement.
5. Proven experience in resilience engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment
6. Advanced degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
7. Strong leadership in managing change control processes and mentoring others
8. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and integrate resilience into every aspect of operations
