What's the role?Accountable for the development and execution of the BRUSH Transformer product & services portfolio planning throughout the product lifecycle, whilst ensuring strategic alignment to business goals, objectives and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Development of strategic vision, product & technology roadmap for transformer product & services portfolio.Development and implementation of lifecycle strategy for the transformer products & services portfolio.Customer engagement, development of relationships (existing and new customers), collection of VOC and translation of the impact and opportunities to transformer product and services portfolio.Development and updating of market and competitive positioning including competitive landscape within relevant segments, leveraging insights to inform on product opportunities, portfolio gaps and product positioning.Development and updating of technical and commercial value proposition, including reviewing on cost of ownership, service quality and customer value perception.Lead new product introductions for transformer products & services. What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical discipline)Proven track record with demonstrable results in defining & launching products within the power generation and distributed energy markets.A solid understanding of medium & high voltage Transformer technologies within the Power, Mining Oil & Gas or distributed energy segments.Lean Six Sigma methodology.Experience in the development of a technical and commercial value proposition for products and services within power generation and distributed energy segment.
