Randstad is currently collaborating with a successful marketing business in Central London. This busy, expanding international company is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and motivated Logistics Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to support the smooth operation of a busy department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Raise claims for EMEA with carriers and follow up until resolution.
2. Perform ad hoc data consolidation.
3. Manage claims KPIs.
4. Provide feedback to the Logistics and Experience team for process improvements.
5. Execute administrative and operational tasks related to claims processes, ensuring all tasks are well documented in SOPs.
Key Skills:
* Basic experience in the logistics industry.
* Basic e-commerce logistics experience is a plus.
* Strong numerical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Graduate or at least 1 year of experience working within e-commerce logistics.
