Holidays Operation Team Leader – Dorking. This role is all about high standards, care and attention to detail. You will take the lead in presenting and looking after the National Trusts holiday cottages in the Surrey Hills, focused on ensuring operations comply with health and safety, risk assessments, COSHH, accident reporting and fire safety.
You’ll coordinate maintenance, repairs, keep cottages ready for guests and ensure guest materials are up to date. You’ll work with the Holidays Manager and Assistant Managers to deliver efficient, flexible service and cover changeovers, including occasional Saturday cover.
