Leisure
The Leisure team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort look after
the perfect place to keep fit and stay active with some of the best fitness
equipment and facilities in the area. Our expert team are always on hand to
welcome our guests and provide fitness advice, personal training sessions and
fitness classes.
Salary
The on target earning potential for this role is £33,810.40,
compromising of a base salary £30,000 plus a qualified estimate of £1,310.40
gratuities, plus £2,500 commission.
About the role
This role is responsible for driving new membership sales
and delivering a best-in-class sales experience for prospective members. The
Leisure Club Sales Manager will lead proactive sales campaigns, manage incoming
enquiries, convert leads, and build strong relationships to ensure membership
growth targets are achieved in line with the club’s commercial strategy. The
postholder will work closely with internal teams to ensure an aligned,
high-quality member journey from enquiry through to onboarding.
