* Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
* Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and optimal guest satisfaction
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and manage waste control effectively
* Support in training new team members and maintaining a positive working environment

Requirements
* Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
