We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Executive for our local client. The Customer Service Executive will deal with inbound calls, incoming emails and job tickets.
Duties include:
•Managing customers via telephone and email
•Chasing delivery Dates
•Data Entry
•Updating customers with product information and status or orders
•Administrative duties as and when required.
To be considered for the temporary Customer Service Executive role you
•Must have previous experience within Customer Service
•Excellent communication skills
•Be proactive.
•Be a team player.
•Have a good understanding of Microsoft and CRM systems.
