đ§ Electrician Opportunity â Join the Wates Team! âĄ
Location: Walton-On-Thames & Surrounding Areas
Division: Reactive Maintenance â Social Housing Contract
Weâre looking for a skilled and qualified Electrician to join our dedicated team at WPS. Based out of our Walton-On-Thames office, youâll be working across the surrounding areas, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services in void properties.
đ What Youâll Be Doing:
1. Full electrical testing and production of EICRs
2. Fault finding and rectification
3. Installation of fans, including core drilling where required
4. Replacing and cleaning accessories as needed
5. PAT testing of appliances and tools
6. Delivering a first-time fix approach with excellent customer service
7. Working safely and in line with Health & Safety and safeguarding standards
8. Collaborating with other trades to complete repairs
9. Completing job records and material usage via PDA

What Youâll Need:
10. Full NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
11. Inspection & Testing qualifications (2391 or equivalent)
12. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
13. A full UK driving licence
đĄ What Weâre Looking For:
A confident and experienced Electrician who can manage their own workload, deliver small projects and repairs, and ideally has experience in the housing maintenance sector. Youâll be proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering top-tier workmanship.
