We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HR Systems team on a 12 month contract. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management and optimisation of our HR system, iTrent, supporting complex Business Objects and Power BI reporting requirements, and administering ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
 1. Serve as the subject matter expert for iTrent, our HR and Payroll system, ensuring system integrity and compliance.
 2. Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Business Objects and Power BI.
 3. Administer and configure ServiceNow, supporting HR service delivery and workflow automation.
 4. Administer our newly implemented ATS and Onboarding Tool, PageUp, including configuration, testing, and implementing changes based on our Day 2 requirements.
 5. Lead system upgrades, testing, and configuration changes to support business needs.
 6. Support system implementation projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live support.
 7. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver process improvements and automation.
 8. Provide technical support and training to HR teams and end-users.
 9. Ensure data accuracy, security, and GDPR compliance across all HR systems.
Skills & Experience
 10. Proven experience in an HRIS Analyst role within an iTrent environment.
 11. Ability to configure iTrent workflows and reporting.
 12. Strong expertise in Business Objects and Power BI for complex reporting and analytics.
 13. Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow administrator, including configuration and workflow design.
 14. Understanding of HR processes and payroll operations.
 15. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 16. Experience in HR system implementation or upgrade projects is desirable.
