DANX Carousel, a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a HR Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
As a HR Development Specialist this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growing learning landscape in an ambitious organisation. We are a small team with a large palette and an even larger impact. And we are well on the way in building the European leader in time-critical logistics.
This position is a hybrid position with EU travel. The role requires frequent traveling (1-2 times per month) therefore important for the successful candidate to live close to an international airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning, coordinating and executing general management, leadership, Talent and personal development workshops and courses at a group level (face to face or virtual).
In close cooperation with the Group HR Development Manager, redevelop and expand the Functional Academies framework.
Go-management of the annual cycles for PMP (Performance Management Process) and Gallup Engagement Survey (Q12).
Go-facilitation and further development of the e-tools and solutions on group level. That includes the e-Academy, the Gallup Q12 engagement Survey, and the Performance Management system. External supplier selection and relationship management and related to HR Development.
Partnering and networking with the Leadership and Country HRBP’s in matters of people development.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in designing and delivering/facilitating effective learning programs.
Strong understanding of e-solutions, blended learning, and technology applications in business learning.
Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Human Development Studies, Psychology, or psychometrics experience is a plus.
Performance Management knowledge (PMP) a plus.
Nordic or German language also a plus.
