Production Team Leader
Location: Oxford
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm

Key Responsibilities of Production Team Leader
Lead daily activities on the production line to meet output and quality targets.
Promote and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards on the shop floor.
Identify and resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth production flow.
Support training and provide performance feedback to team members.
Maintain accurate production records and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure effective shift handovers and line readiness.
What Youll Need as Production Team Leader
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (35 years preferred).
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and lead by example.
