Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in East of England for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, field service operations, and maintenance & repair tasks. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and solving technical issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of our refrigeration systems.
Qualifications
* Troubleshooting skills to accurately diagnose and resolve system issues
* Field Service experience for conducting on-site installations and repairs
* Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
* Technical Support experience to provide assistance and solutions during service calls
* Maintenance & Repair skills for regular system upkeep and corrective actions
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Experience in industrial refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration
* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are beneficial
