Our team is close-knit, supportive, and loves to have fun while we work. We're now looking for a fantastic Bookkeeper to help keep our finances in great shape as we continue to grow.
The Role
You'll be the go-to person for all our financial stuff. From monthly management accounts and invoicing through wholesale platforms to bank reconciliations and keeping track of aged payables, you'll handle it all. You'll prepare the weekly supplier payment lists, manage payroll and pension uploads, and take care of HMRC submissions for VAT and PAYE. You'll also maintain product order reports, contracts, and renewals, oversee HSBC trade finances, and run margin checks to keep everything on track.
Who We're Looking For
We need someone who is not just great with numbers but also organised, proactive, and loves being part of a small team. You should have at least an AAT qualification, experience with Xero, Google Sheets experience and ideally come from an eCommerce or retail background. Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are a must.
Nice-to-Haves
It would be great if you've worked with Amazon platforms before and experience of e-commerce, know your way around margin and profitability analysis, and have experience liaising with suppliers overseas.
