Position: Warehouse Operator (Forklift Operator)
Location: Moreton, UK - fully on-site
Client: Pharma
Type: 12 months contract initially
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee depot and materials management activities in line with production schedules and shipping timelines
* Manage receipt, sampling, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of clinical trial materials within warehouse and dispensary settings
* Ensure all warehouse operations comply with GxP, EHS regulations, and standard operating procedures
* Perform materials, warehouse, and distribution transactions using SAP
* Maintain compliance with transport security, COSHH, and hazardous goods regulations, and support audits and inspections
* Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure proper approvals and chain of custody
* Safely operate counterbalance and reach forklift trucks
Main Requirements
* Experience in materials management or logistics, ideally within a regulated or pharmaceutical environment
* Working knowledge of GxP guidelines (preferred)
* Valid RTITB certification for reach and counterbalance forklift operation
* Experience handling and transporting hazardous goods
* Strong IT skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office
* Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
* Proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach to work
