Job Description
The Role
You will provide first-class IT Infrastructure operational support, acting as a senior technical escalation point while driving improvements across systems, platforms, and services. Working to demanding SLAs, you will play a key role in ensuring availability, security, and performance across the IT landscape.
You will also contribute to the delivery of new technologies that support strategic objectives, while managing priorities effectively and maintaining excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver and support technical solutions across all stages of the ITIL service lifecycle
2. Act as a senior escalation point for incidents, requests, and technical issues
3. Own incidents and escalations end-to-end through to agreed resolution
4. Drive continuous improvement across infrastructure services, processes, and procedures
5. Champion change and service enhancement initiatives
6. Ensure compliance with architectural standards, security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practice
7. Build strong working relationships across infrastructure, information security, wider IT teams, and third-party suppliers
