Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Support & Guide: Work closely with students who may display challenging behaviours, providing calm and constructive support.
Create Safe Spaces: Help build a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel understood and respected.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with teachers and SEN staff to implement behaviour plans and strategies that really make a difference.
Positive Influence: Act as a role model, encouraging resilience, confidence, and personal growth.
Were Looking for Behaviour Champions Who:
Have experience working with children/young people with challenging behaviour (or the passion to develop these skills).
Remain calm, patient, and proactive in high-pressure situations.
Communicate effectively and build strong, respectful relationships with students and staff.
Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are happy to apply for one).
