Vendor Financial Operations Manager
Make vendor operations run like clockwork. You’ll own the financial backbone of a busy vendor ecosystem: clean data, tight controls, and on-time delivery across multiple partners.

* Fully remote in the UK; 6-month contract with potential to extend.
The fine print
* PAYE, inside IR35, 40 hrs/week. UK-based with a valid right to work. No sponsorship.
What you’ll bring
* 5+ years in vendor or project operations.
* Advanced Excel and analytics; you’re comfortable owning the numbers.
* Proven budgeting/forecasting/invoice experience and clear, proactive communication.
What you’ll do
* Coordinate vendor onboarding/offboarding and tooling access; keep the worker database accurate.
* Build/own trackers for budgets, forecasts, purchase requests, and invoices; keep numbers right and audit-ready.
* Prepare and run vendor business reviews (MBR/QBR); capture actions and drive follow-through.
* Standardise processes and documentation; spot and fix inefficiencies as you go.
