The Role This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Architect ready to take the next step—someone who is confident running projects but is now looking to expand their influence, leadership, and strategic involvement within a growing practice. Key Responsibilities: Taking ownership of projects across all RIBA stages (0–7) Leading client relationships, brief development, and design coordination Managing project programmes, resources, and delivery outputs Preparing and overseeing planning applications and design proposals Producing and reviewing technical drawing packages and specifications Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors Leading site meetings and ensuring design quality through to completion Supporting Directors in project strategy and contributing to business development Mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth About You We’re looking for a well-rounded Project Architect who combines strong design sensibility with technical expertise and is motivated to step into a more senior, leadership-focused role.
