Salary: £51,250 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Manager to support the effective day-to-day running of a well-established, high-quality care home rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.
About the Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager and play a key role in leading the clinical team and maintaining high standards of care.
* Leading and motivating a team of nursing and care staff
* Ensuring residents’ medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met
* Driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
* Overseeing clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory standards
* Supporting and supervising staff with care planning and risk assessments
* Promoting best practice and high standards across the service
About You
* A valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
* A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
* Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
* Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of best practice
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A proactive, positive, and team‑focused approach
* Confidence with digital systems and care documentation
