This SEN school provides a structured, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for students with a range of complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and associated communication and behavioural needs. Position Details Location: Rainham Start Date: March 2026 Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday Salary: £90-£95 per day Key Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students aged 16-19 with complex SEN Support learning programmes focused on functional skills, independence, communication, and emotional regulation Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver consistent, individualised support plans Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence using calm, trauma-informed approaches Support students with personal care and daily living skills where required This is an excellent opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with complex needs.
