Alba Restaurant is seeking a passionate and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our BOH team in Knightsbridge, opposite Harrods.

Working alongside Executive Chef Stefano Tortelli, you will play an important role in delivering beautifully executed dishes in a quality-driven, ambitious kitchen.

About you
* Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Pastry Junior Sous Chef
* Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
* Strong understanding of food hygiene, H&S and allergens
* Eager to learn and develop
* Italian cuisine experience is a plus
