Academics Ltd is working in partnership with a friendly and forward-thinking primary school in West Bromwich, and we are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
Your Role as a Teaching Assistant
In this position, you will:
* Work closely with the class teacher to support engaging and creative lessons
* Provide tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
* Promote positive behaviour and encourage active participation
* Help foster a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
* Contribute to the wider school community and daily classroom life
