<div><p><b>Behaviour Mentor</b></p><p>Location: Harrow, North West London. Job Type: Full‑Time | Long‑Term / Permanent. Start Date: September 2026 (or ASAP). Salary: £100 - £130 per day (dependent on experience).</p><p>We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming school in the Harrow area.</p><p>This is a rewarding opportunity to support students who require additional behavioural, emotional, and pastoral guidance, helping them to succeed both academically and personally.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>You will work closely with students who may be at risk of disengagement from education, supporting them to improve attendance, behavior, confidence, and classroom participation.</p><p>The role may involve supporting pupils with:</p><ul><li>SEMH needs</li><li>Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)</li><li>ADHD</li><li>Behavioural challenges</li><li>Anxiety and emotional regulation difficulties</li><li>Social and communication needs</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver targeted behaviour and pastoral interventions</li><li>Support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis</li><li>Build strong, professional relationships with students</li><li>Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning</li><li>Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies where appropriate</li><li>Support attendance, wellbeing, and personal development initiatives
