Following a major rebrand and with a new, exciting strategy in place the business has identified a need to recruit a new search consultant to join the team. The search consultant will work in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, leading on executive search projects, being the key point of contact for clients and engaging with senior level candidates to deliver robust projects which result in long term successful placements. The successful candidate will bring a resolute commitment to quality and exceptional customer service. The role holder will be someone who thrives working with multiple, simultaneous projects and someone who can quickly adapt and propose solutions when required. The search consultant will have either experience in recruitment, with evidence of evolving a customer relationship and delivering a high standard of service resulting in repeat business, or more broadly in-house HR experience, being a partner to hiring managers. 4C are looking to recruit someone with a strong consultative approach and experience of understanding clients requirements, being tireless in the desire to provide a robust and effective solution and deliver outstanding customer service.
