The Role
Proofpoint is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Go-To-Market (Sales) to join our team and support the delivery of high-impact hiring across our UK and EMEA sales organisation. This position will report to the Senior Director of Taelnt Acquisiton and will support end-to-end sourcing activity for commercial, sales engineering, and go-to-market roles. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to build strong talent pipelines and ensure Proofpoint attracts top-tier sales talent in a competitive cyber security market.
Your Day To Day
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers across the Go-To-Market organisation to understand hiring needs, role profiles, and target talent profiles.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates for sales, pre-sales, and commercial roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and market mapping techniques.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent within the cyber security and SaaS space.
• Screen and assess candidates for initial fit, motivation, and alignment with Proofpoint’s values and sales culture.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the UK and wider EMEA region.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics, including pipeline health, candidate engagement, and time-to-fill.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking within the ATS, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal hiring standards.
• Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives as required during the contract period.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Recruiter, supporting sales or go-to-market hiring.
• Experience sourcing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within SaaS or technology.
• Experience sourcing for cyber security, cloud, or enterprise software sales roles preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and market mapping techniques.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently on a contract basis while collaborating effectively within a global TA team.
