Product Support Consultant


CRUZ Recruitment is partnered with Azyra Systems, who develop World Class enterprise management software for the Logistics, Supply chain and Transportation sectors.

We are recruiting experienced product support Consultants with industry experience.


Candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in supporting enterprise software within the logistics/supply chain, Freight and Transportation software sector, experience in TMS (Transport management software) or WMS (warehouse management software) would be very beneficial.


The role involves training and assisting clients to use this world-class enterprise software to transform their efficiency, service and profitability. The software handles customer service, logistics, CRM, WMS, TMS, financial and business intelligence for a rapidly growing list of clients in 15+ countries.


All our people work from their home or coworking offices in 10 countries. We chat every day on Teams and meet up socially at least 4 times a year. This year in June they met in Budapest, and in February in Kitzbuhel for a ski trip, in September there will be a Paris meet-up. The Christmas party will be in Dublin.


The Company will complement your work experience with in house and external courses – not necessarily related to your work but with a view to your personal and professional development.

Roles

· Presenting training courses on aspects of the enterprise software

· Advising clients on how to use the software to improve their business

· Planning software rollouts with the clients’ management

· Working with the development teams to test and refine new facilities

· Analysing issues and proposing solutions

· Identifying improvements of benefit to the clients

· General support


Requirements

· Ability to work fluently in English

· 2+years’ experience of supporting Warehouse management software, transport management software, other logistics/supply chain software.

· B2B experience

Excellent Customer service and Client Management skills.

Strong organisational skills

· Good people and communication skills

· Bachelor’s degree

· Lifelong learner

· Attention to detail combined with imagination

· Practical approach to real world problems
