We’re looking for a Terminals Administrator & Document Controller to join our team and play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Marine Terminal sites. In this vital position, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and managing documentation across multiple locations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of key company documents and supporting the Terminal Managers with day-to-day administrative functions.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Terminals Administrator & Document Controller, your main responsibilities will include:
* Driving the standardisation of documentation across all marine sites
* Managing the intake, handling, filing, and retrieval of documents
* Controlling document access, updates, and version tracking
* Supporting vendor onboarding (PAID / Codas systems)
* Assisting with purchase orders and general admin tasks
* Organising meetings and travel for team members
* Implementing and improving document control processes
* Ensuring compliance with internal and external standards
* Backing up, securing, and categorising files appropriately
* Providing admin support to Terminal Managers and project teams
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a Document Control or Administrative role
* Familiarity with project management workflows
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, and EDMS
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive team player who can also work independently or remotely
* Ability to code or label documents systematically desirable
