BA Euroflyer – Aspiration for Command
Your Pathway to Command Starts Here
At British Airways, we’ve been connecting Britain with the world for over 100 years. At BA Euroflyer, we’re seeking Direct Entry Pilots who are ready to take the next step toward becoming Captains. As an experienced First Officer, you’ll join a fleet where your aspiration for command is supported by a clear pathway to promotion within approximately 12 months (subject to vacancy and standards).
What We Offer
* Starting salary of £78,000 plus circa £14,332 in allowances
* Fully funded type rating – no bond attached
* 30 days annual leave
* Up to 15% employer pension contribution (up to specified limits)
* Access to BA Health Services or subsidised Class 1 renewals
* Place on the British Airways master seniority list

What We’re Looking For
* UK-issued CAA ATPL (A), fATPL (A), MPL or EASA licence meeting UK CAA conversion routes (3, 4, 5 or 6)
* Minimum 2500 hours total time on an aircraft type satisfying ZFTT and recent experience
* Right to live/work in the UK
* ICAO English Level 6, valid passport, and Class 1 medical

* Starting salary £114,000 plus circa £25,150 in allowances (based on 800 flying hours/year)

Direct Entry Pilot – First Officer. Your goal is to provide the best flight experience and performance across routes. The career path includes opportunities to transfer to long-haul fleets or remain on short-haul, with various roles beyond flying.
What you’ll bring
* Current UK issued CAA Licence ATPL (A), fATPL (A), MPL or EASA licence meeting UK CAA conversion requirements
* Class 1 medical, appropriate height (1.57m to 1.91m with flexibility checks for taller candidates)
* Good physical fitness, ICAO English level 6, valid passport
