Key accountabilities Exceeds guest expectations with service, in keeping with the Peninsula Service Principles, focusing on the core principles. Looks for improvement for better service standards with a general theme of anticipating the guests' needs. Manages the day to day operations ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Ensures successful and profitable leadership of the outlet. Hires, develops, motivates, supervises, and performance manages department colleagues in maintaining a culture in compliance with mission, vision, values and cores principles HSH. General requirements Minimum 3-year experience in a similar role within a Luxury Hotel environment with similar standards and expectations. Is a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests. Strong people leader having prior experience managing a team. Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills, highly adaptable, naturally positive. Fluent English communication proficiency. Expertise in a second language would be desirable.
