Position: Courseware Developer & Trainer
Thales is seeking a dedicated Courseware Developer & Trainer to join our team of courseware designers. The role involves creating, maintaining, and managing Learning Management System (LMS) content tailored to customer requirements.
Location options include Templecombe, Crawley, or Reading.

Responsibilities
1. Create, maintain, and manage LMS content.
2. Demonstrate the value of various Learning and Development techniques.
3. Work with end users to define training deliverables.
4. Recommend and implement process improvements.
5. Provide training decisions within your responsibility.
6. Analyze training data to improve learning outcomes.
7. Deliver training in compliance with UK MOD JSP822 standards.
8. Compile data to meet national/international specifications.
9. Deliver training to customers.
10. Contribute to team planning, risk management, and safety.
11. Set personal development targets and share best practices.
Candidate Profile
* HNC/D in Engineering
* Qualification in Training or e-learning creation
* Experience in delivering training programs, especially in the Post-Compulsory Education sector
* Knowledge of Systematic Approach to Training (DSAT, ADDIE)
* Experience in creating and maintaining e-learning content
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and authoring tools
Security Clearance
This role requires SC Clearance. Candidates should either hold it or be willing to undergo the process. For details, visit the UKSV website.
