Job Title: Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
Northern Valve & Fitting Company Limited is seeking a motivated and customer Focused Business Development Representative.
Representative to join our internal sales team. This office-based role focuses on
growing our presence in the valves, fittings, and instrumentation sector through
effective account management, prospecting, and project coordination.
Working closely with the sales and project teams, the successful candidate will use
tools like HubSpot and Office 365 daily to manage communications, track opportunities,
and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture existing customer accounts through email, phone calls,
and virtual meetings.
• Proactively prospect new opportunities and generate RFQs within the valves,
fittings, and instrumentation sectors.
• Conduct quote follow-ups to help convert opportunities into orders and grow
the sales pipeline.
• Organise and lead virtual meetings with new clients for introductory sessions
and to assist with account setup.
• Collaborate with internal project managers to discuss technical requirements
and smoothly hand over client projects.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets based on sales generation and customer
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using HubSpot CRM and support
daily tasks using the Office 365 suite.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).
• Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Previous experience in a sales, account management, or customer support role is
advantageous but not essential.
• No technical background required; training will be provided
