GSL Education is delighted to be recruiting Level 3 Early Years Practitioners on behalf of our partner school in Maldon. This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, enthusiastic, and committed individuals to join a supportive and forward-thinking early years team.
We are looking for practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment that supports each child’s development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and families
* Promote children’s independence, emotional well-being, and curiosity
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised environment indoors and outdoors
* Observe, record, and contribute to the assessment of children's progress
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent)
* Experience working in an Early Years setting
* A proactive and flexible approach to working with young children
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and child development.
