Have you worked or currently working in a busy secretarial/personal assistant role? Are you looking for a new role where you can use your skills to proactively support others to ensure the best use of time and resources?
This role will suit you if you thrive on a challenge, can work at a fast pace where duties will require:
* Candidates to be proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Diary management, booking internal/external meetings, minute taking, managing emails and filtering telephone and other contacts on behalf of senior managers.
We have a vacancy to join our team of Personal Assistants. The role will provide management support to both the Director of People Services and Director of Digital, Change and Technology.
If you are extremely organised, flexible and responsive with a proven ability to prioritise demanding workloads and have excellent communication skills, we would really like to hear from you.
