Required as soon as possible Reference: 0356 Location: Ipswich Town Centre – Office Based. Social Prescribing Manager required. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and well-organised person to join our Senior Management Team to lead and manage our Social Prescribing Advice Services. Role responsibilities include the oversight and operational management of teams delivering social prescribing support under various health contracts; to manage and maintain service deliverables, ensure accurate recording and reporting of client data and outcomes within a framework of robust operational team processes. To be accountable for service reporting and partnership engagement with Integrated Care Board colleagues, maintaining the quality and effectiveness of our services in line with the ICB standards, and the quality of advice standards required by Citizens Advice. To manage a programme of engagement within the community, based on the identification and assessment of community need. To attend events representing Citizen’s Advice Ipswich and advocating for the services we provide. To participate and contribute within the Ipswich East and West Integrated Neighbourhood Team groups, working alongside external stakeholders. To develop and refine the social prescribing services (and supporting processes) delivered by Citizens Advice Ipswich, in line with changing client demand and/or technological opportunities in collaboration with health colleagues. To produce high quality Management Information and Reporting around service demand, trends, insights and channel profiling, including development of a monthly Dashboard. We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, proactive, highly organised, and with a strong attention to detail. Experience in operating at a senior level supporting a diverse workforce would be an advantage, alongside proficient IT skills. The small management team works closely together to review client need and business service delivery, so the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
