The starting salary for these roles is £36,873 per annum, working 36 hours per week.

Following the implementation of our new structure, we have two vacancies:
1. Woking-based, supporting our Mental Health Specialist Service
2. Guildford-based, supporting our Learning Disability and Autism West Service

About the Woking Team
This team supports specialist county-wide mental health services, which typically involve high-risk, client-facing work across forensic, substance misuse, prison, and enablement settings. The team collaborates closely with service users, carers, families, and partner organisations to promote recovery and help residents lead fulfilling lives. The post is primarily based in Woking, with one day a week at the Epsom hub, though wider travel across the county is expected due to the nature of the services.
About the Guildford Team
This newly designed service offers a unified and agile approach to business support, encouraging innovation and collaboration across areas. You'll lead a local team while also supporting colleagues throughout the service, fostering strong relationships and sharing best practice. With a focus on progress over process, the role invites you to challenge norms and contribute creative solutions. It also aims to elevate the professional identity of business support, providing clearer career pathways and personal development opportunities.
About the role
In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of business support professionals to deliver high-quality, responsive services. You'll work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders across the organisation to ensure joined-up support, while also analysing and improving systems and processes to drive innovation. Managing resources, budgets, and projects will be key to delivering tangible value. As the go-to expert for your area, you'll be relied upon to solve problems, support colleagues, and make things happen.
