What You Will Do as Senior CMF Designer;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cutting-edge colour, material, and finish designs for automotive interiors and exteriors
* Research and analyse emerging trends, materials, and technologies to ensure designs are innovative and market-leading
* Create and present mood boards, material swatches, and design concepts to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals
* Work closely with suppliers to source and develop materials that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
* Support the development of prototypes and production-ready designs, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the process
* Maintain a strong focus on sustainability, ensuring all designs align with the company's commitment to environmentally responsible practices
What You Will Bring As Senior CMF Designer
* Proven experience in CMF design within the automotive or related industries
* A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in colour, material, and finish design
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
