Confidential Opportunity – Sales Negotiator
Location: Leeds (North Leeds area)
Salary: £35,000+OTE
We are working with a highly regarded and well-established estate agency with a strong presence in the Leeds market. They are now seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Negotiator to join their successful and motivated team.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be responsible for driving sales activity, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include:
* Handling enquiries from vendors and arranging market appraisals
* Registering potential buyers and understanding their requirements
* Marketing properties through multiple channels including online, social media, and an extensive database of buyers
* Taking a proactive approach to generating new enquiries and booking viewings
* Conducting accompanied viewings and negotiating offers
* Working with colleagues to develop marketing strategies and campaigns
* Building strong relationships and securing positive customer reviews
General Duties
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Promoting services to vendors and landlords
* Supporting the smooth and professional running of the office
Hours
* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* 1 in 3 Saturdays (10:00am – 4:00pm) with a day off in lieu
Package & Benefits
* Basic salary: £30,000
* Uncapped monthly commission (OTE £35,000+)
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:
* At least 12 months' experience in estate agency sales
* Strong customer service and negotiation skills
* High motivation and resilience under pressure
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
