An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm based in Summertown, Oxfordshire. This is a varied role where you will primarily handle residential conveyancing matters while also assisting on a light caseload of commercial property transactions.
The Role
Working as part of a Partner-led team, with full administrative support, you will manage your own caseload and contribute to the team’s ongoing success.
Responsibilities
* Residential Sales and Purchases (Freehold and Leasehold)
* Remortgages, Transfers of Equity and Title Transfers
* Leasehold Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions
* Post-completion and title registration tasks
* Handling straightforward commercial property matters, such as business leases, commercial unit sales/purchases and assisting on Landlord & Tenant matters as required
Requirements
* 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Residential Conveyancing
* Previous experience or a genuine interest in assisting on commercial property work
* Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
