Please note: Working pattern is 9-5 Monday to Friday, with required overtime until 7pm to accommodate late nights on a rota basis. Case Administrators play a vital support role in probation teams, helping to keep the public safe and giving individuals the chance to turn their lives around.

Responsibilities
* Ensure all processes run efficiently and systems are maintained properly.
* Collate and prepare probation information for case files.
* Use strong communication skills to handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies and people on probation in a busy environment.
