Candidate
You will be a highly experienced, ambitious solicitor with in-depth legal knowledge of Residential Conveyancing to bring to a progressive and outstanding Residential Property team.
This role will be hands-on with consistent client communication and meetings, ensuring you continue to build long-lasting relationships. It is key that you can showcase a high-level personable service.
At the firm, you will be responsible for carrying out these tasks:
* Dealing with mortgages, purchasing and selling of Scottish property.
* Manage a busy caseload while keeping in consistent contact with high-profile clients.
* Contributing to the strategic direction of the department and firm, working closely with other partners to do so.
* Always having current and relevant knowledge of the market.
* Be present at business development team meetings and provide new, innovative ideas.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues on certain projects to produce high-quality and efficient work.
* Communicating with the client at every stage of the process, making sure their needs are met.
* Being able to motivate yourself and work independently, as well as within a team.
* Encouraging more junior members of the team to generate new business leads and support their professional journeys.
