We are recruiting an experienced Multi-Skill Trades Operative (Plumber-biased) to join a busy Repairs & Maintenance team working across social housing properties in Leicestershire. This is a varied mobile role carrying out multi-trade repairs, void refurbishments, and full kitchen installations.You'll work directly in tenants' homes, so a professional, friendly approach and strong customer service skills are essential.Your new role

• Delivering plumbing-focused repairs plus multi-trade works across occupied and void properties
• Completing kitchen installations, bathroom works, tiling, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Managing your own workload and ensuring jobs are completed right first time
• Using a PDA/iPad to update job information
• Providing excellent customer service to residents

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing (essential)
• Strong experience in social housing repairs or similar environments
• Multi-trade ability: carpentry, tiling, decorating, plaster patching, aquaboard installation
• Good organisational skills and ability to keep jobs on track
• Confident using a PDA and basic IT systems
• Full UK driving licence
• DBS check required
