About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join the Service Department at Prentice Portadown. This role is central to driving customer engagement, managing inbound and outbound service enquiries, and maximising workshop bookings through effective communication and sales techniques. The successful candidate will play a key role in converting leads into confirmed service bookings while identifying opportunities to upsell additional service products, contributing directly to departmental performance and revenue. Key Responsibilities Lead & Enquiry Management Handle all inbound service enquiries via telephone, email, and digital platforms in a professional and timely manner Proactively manage outbound communications to follow up on leads, reminders, and lapsed customers Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately within CRM systems Booking Conversion Convert customer enquiries into confirmed service bookings Manage daily booking targets and maintain high conversion rates Coordinate with the workshop team to optimise diary efficiency Sales & Upselling Identify opportunities to upsell additional service products (e.g. service plans, repairs, add-ons) Clearly communicate product benefits in line with BMW standards Work towards achieving monthly sales and upsell targets We work via Multi-Channel communication platforms and manufacturer systems within the business to engage with our customers across multiple platforms including telephone, WhatsApp and email to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience and to ensure we are presenting the right offer at the right time. Essential criteria Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or CRM-based role (Preferably within the motor trade) Strong communication and administrative skill Confident in handling both inbound and outbound sales leads to meet booking conversion targets Ability to work in a target-driven environment Comfortable using multiple digital communication platforms and CRM systems Personal Attributes The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and results-driven, with a professional and customer-focused approach to their work.
